What to Do if You Forget Your Customer Number
- For APA Members, you will find your member number on the mailing label above your name. Your member number is 10 digits beginning with zeros.
For Individual Non-members and Institutions, your customer number is on the mailing label above your name. Typically, it will begin with 22 or 30 and contain a total of 10 digits.
If you no longer have your APA Member number or subscriber number, please contact American Psychiatric Publishing, Inc.:
